During the Canada Day Parade on July 1st, 2018 the Airdrie Firefighters collected food and cash donations for the Airdrie Food Bank. Donations can also be made online through Canada Helps‍‍‍. -donate now!

On July 1st, 2017, during the Airdrie Canada Day Parade the Airdrie Professional Firefighters Association (APFFA) collected 870 lbs in non-perishable food donations – equivalent to $2,175 along with $700.00 in cash donations; matched by the Firefighters Association, and $2000 from Mat‍‍‍tamy Homes for the Airdrie Food Bank.

This creates a total of $5,575.00 raised for the Airdrie Food Bank at one of their greatest times of need.
